What's covered?

Product Protection covers accidental damage to your PC - including drops, liquid spills, overheating and other sudden, unexpected damage

Cover lasts up to 4 years, with pricing tailored to your PC. You'll see the available plans and prices on the product page when you build your order.

What it doesn't cover: theft, cosmetic-only damage, normal wear and tear, or anything already covered by your Chillblast warranty. Damage in transit or delivery issues are handled by us directly under our delivery and returns process.

What isn't covered?
Theft, cosmetic-only damage, normal wear and tear, or anything already covered by your manufacturer's warranty.
How long does cover last?
Up to 4 years, depending on the plan you choose. Your exact cover length is confirmed in your policy schedule.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your PC. You'll see the available plans and prices on the product page when you add protection to your build.
How do I add it to my order?
Add Product Protection on the basket page after adding any eligible PC. Each plan is linked to a specific item.
When does my cover start?
From the date shown on your protection plan certificate.
Where do I find my policy documents?
They're emailed to you after purchase, and can also be accessed through your Loxa customer portal at app.loxacover.com/login. If you can't find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder
I bought multiple items. How do I know which plan applies to which?
Each protection plan is linked to a specific item. Your policy schedule shows the covered item details so you can easily match each plan to each purchase.
How do I make a claim?
You can start a claim at www.loxacover.com/start-a-claim. The online claim form guides you step by step. The claims team will review your submission and provide next steps, which may include repair, replacement, store credit or monetary settlement depending on the outcome and policy terms. Please keep your purchase receipt and any requested evidence available to support your claim.
Can I cancel or change my Product Protection plan?
You can cancel your protection within the first 30 days for a full refund if no claim has been made. To cancel or update your details, use the Loxa customer portal link provided in your confirmation email, or follow the instructions in your policy documents.
What if I return my PC?
If you return your PC within our return window, you can also request cancellation and refund of the protection plan, subject to the policy terms.
What if my PC arrives damaged?
Transit damage and delivery issues are handled by us under our standard delivery and returns process - not under your protection plan.
How do I get support?
For protection plan support, use the contact details and support link provided in your Loxa confirmation email and policy documents. Customer support can help with policy questions, updates and general enquiries.
Who underwrites the plan?
The insurance is administered by Loxa Ltd and underwritten by Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd. Full regulatory details are in your policy documentation.
How is this different from my Chillblast warranty?
Your 5 year Chillblast warranty covers parts and labour for manufacturing faults as standard. Product Protection adds accidental damage cover on top - which a standard warranty doesn't include.
