Delivery information

We offer a number of delivery options to help you get your PC hassle-free

Delivery times can be affected by:

  • The type of product you buy
  • How long it takes us to build and test your PC
  • The delivery options you choose

How much does delivery cost

All our PCs qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses, regardless of want it next day, ASAP, or at a specific time of the week.

For addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands the price is £5.99 for a standard weekday delivery.


What delivery options do you offer?

We can help you get your PC when you need it, with a number of delivery time options:

  • ASAP: Selecting our default option means we’ll get your PC to you as soon as it’s ready. We’ll send you a delivery date when it’s shipped.
  • Weekday: We’ll ensure you only receive your PC on a weekday, Monday-Friday
  • Saturday or Sunday: You can also choose to receive your order on a Saturday or a Sunday, which is helpful if you’re not at home during the week

What’s your build and test lead time?

The type of product you order will affect how quickly we can get it built, tested and shipped:

  • Our next-day PCs are built, tested and shipped all on the same day. If you order before 1pm, you’ll receive it the following day
  • Most desktop PCs are built and delivered in 5-7 working days. So if you order today, you’ll get your new system in about a week
  • Water-cooled and specialist PCs need more attention, so can take 10-15 days

Review the product page for specific lead time for each particular product. When your PC is ready to be shipped, we'll email you to let you know the order is complete and is being shipped by our courier. You can speak to our customer service team at any time if you have any questions.


What courier do you use?

The majority of orders are sent by DPD, who provide a fully trackable service.

For orders being sent to UK mainland addresses you'll also benefit from DPD's Predict service - assuming you provide us with a valid email address and mobile phone number you'll receive email and SMS notifications from DPD in the morning before delivery with a predicted one hour delivery slot. If this slot turns out to be inconvenient you can re-arrange the delivery for another day, just by replying to the email or text message.

Unfortunately we can't offer timed or Saturday / Sunday delivery services outside of the UK mainland. Currently we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
