The Challenge

To convert a disused sports hall into a world-class esports facility enabling Warwick to attract valuable overseas students wanting to study IT and gaming-related courses. The Esports facility should be self-sufficient, with setups good enough to attract pro esports teams to do bootcamp training and payto-play visitors from the local community.

The Challenge

Chillblast designed, built and installed 25 bespoke workstations, complete with Warwick esports branding and peripherals. These were provided at a time where high end GPUs and CPUs were essentially unavailable due to pandemic demand, and Chillblast delivered by leveraging its platinumgrade relationships with AMD and NVIDIA.
