Given the fact that we manufacturer some of the best gaming desktops currently available, it should come as no surprise that we’re willing to stand beside our craftsmanship. Chillblast’s industry-leading warranty offers two phases of protection.

Our standard warranty begins with a two-year collect-and-return package, during which time we offer local-rate telephone support and unlimited repairs. We’ll both collect and return your custom pc at no charge. This applies to all models – whether you purchased a cheap gaming desktop or an ultra-high-spec custom built PC.

But we don’t stop there. Chillblast also offers an additional three years of warranty coverage after your collect-and-return package expires. During those three years, we’ll continue to provide labour-only support.

We believe this is one of the best warranties available from any custom PC builder in the UK. And if you’re looking for additional peace of mind, we also offer a 3 Year Gold Collect-and-Return Warranty as a potential add-on for desktop PCs specifically.

Gaming PC Short-Term Leasing and PC Hire from Chillblast

Are you looking to show off your software or game at an exhibition, or perhaps you want to host an event that requires multiple computers? Chillblast now offers flexible and affordable short term leasing requirements with everything from professional workstations to gaming PCs available for hire. We also now offer short term leasing of VR headsets. Whether you want to lease an HTC Vive, lease an Oculus Rift or even the HTC Vive Pro we have inventory at your disposal. Short-term PC hire is not a problem for us, with rental times from 1 week available. You can rent as few or as many PCs as you require, and we offer discounted rates for multiple PC or headset hires. We can offer flexible delivery with per-unit shipments or palletised delivery available. If you prefer, you can collect your computers from our production facility in Poole. High end gaming PCs are available for hire from as little as £95ex VAT per week and come with everything you need including monitors, keyboards, mice and headsets. All of our PCs are the latest specification so you can be sure you can impress prospective clients with our powerful and speedy hardware. With notice we can brand your lease PCs with appropriate vinyl stickers or graphics for an additional fee.

Short Term Lease VR Headsets from Chillblast

Chillblast has now added virtual reality headsets to its significant fleet of IT lease equipment. You can now lease your choice of Oculus Rift S, HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro or Windows Mixed Reality headsets from us from as little as £13 per unit, per day. Minimum lease periods of three days apply for VR headsets. These are the perfect accompaniment to our extremely powerful fleet of gaming systems that have the latest 9th generation Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 series graphics cards. Combine the power of a Chillblast gaming system and a virtual reality headset to unlock totally new worlds and ground breaking experiences for your event, product launch or longer term project.

Which headset is right for me?

Each VR headset has content available for it that is written specifically for each platform, so please research the experiences you want to showcase and find out what HMD (Head Mounted Display) supports the game or environment you want to show off. Oculus Rift experiences for example, cannot be used to display content that has been designed to run on the HTC Vive, and Microsoft Windows Mixed Reality Headset content cannot be used to show off content that has been created for the Rift.

What about if my content supports multiple headsets?

If you are in the enviable position that your content has separate versions for each of the platforms, or you are developing content from scratch then you should play to the strengths of each of the products.
