What happens after I've placed an order?
Once you place an order with us you'll receive an email confirmation listing all your items ordered. You should keep this email for future reference as it also acts as your invoice. We then start to process your order; the order is transmitted to our paperless production facility, built, checked for quality, handed to our installation engineers who then proceed with setup of any software you've ordered, then run through our burn-in and stability tests, checked once more for quality and finally it's handed to our dispatch department who will pack the order and book it in for delivery. Depending on how busy we are this entire process takes around 7 - 10 working days, although if you order with the 'express build' option the order should be ready in 4 working days. At the end of the process we'll email you to let you know the order is complete and is being shipped by our courier.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes you can! Just choose the 'Collection from our premises' option at the checkout page, and we'll email you as soon as the order is ready to be collected. When collecting please bring the items below so that we can be sure we're handing the order over to the right person;
- Photo ID (passport or photocard driving license)
Please note our working hours are 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, and our address is Unit 28 Upton Industrial Estate, Factory Road, Poole, BH16 5SL.
What delivery options are available?
Standard weekday deliveries to UK mainland addresses are free of charge but we also offer timed and weekend delivery services as below (all prices include VAT);

Pre-12:00 weekday delivery - £14.99
Pre-10:00 weekday delivery - £24.99
Saturday delivery - £14.99
Sunday delivery - £14.99
For addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands the price is £5.99 for a standard weekday delivery, and for addresses in Northern Ireland the price is £11.99. Unfortunately we can't offer timed or Saturday / Sunday delivery services outside of the UK mainland.
For our neighbours in the Republic of Ireland the price for delivery starts at £45.00, but please note we're unable to offer a full collect and return warranty service outside of the UK.
The majority of orders are sent by DPD courier (www.dpd.co.uk) who provide a fully trackable service. For orders being sent to UK mainland addresses you'll also benefit from DPD's Predict service - assuming you provide us with a valid email address and mobile phone number you'll receive email and SMS notifications from DPD in the morning before delivery with a predicted one hour delivery slot. If this slot turns out to be inconvenient you can re-arrange the delivery for another day, just by replying to the email or text message.

European Zone 1 - prices start at £45.00 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands
European Zone 2 - prices start at £50.00 - Austria, Denmark and Switzerland
European Zone 3 - prices start at £55.00 - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia and Spain
European Zone 4 - prices start at £60.00 - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal (please note that this service does not include Madeira), Slovenia and Sweden
European Zone 5 - prices start at £72.00 - Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania and Serbia
Prices are calculated depending on what is ordered and the delivery is always fully insured. Orders going to any of the countries above can be made via the website. Please note that for customers placing orders from outside the EU, import duty may be applicable. This is to be paid by the customer. If delivery is refused and the system returned to us, the delivery charge is non refundable.
