Do you have content restrictions?

We do not permit custom designs to include any of the following content or material which:

Infringes any rights including trademarks or copyright. You must confirm that you either own the copyright to the image/design that you are sending or that you are licensed by the copyright owner to use the content.
Is offensive, misleading, abusive, defamatory or might cause inconvenience or distress to another person.
Impersonates or misrepresents another identity or person.
Contains material which is pornographic, indecent, offensive or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or which may incite hatred or violence towards a group or person.
Promotes or advocates an unlawful or disrespectful act.

Which materials are used to wrap the PC?

We use a high-quality and durable vinyl adhesive to apply your custom design to your chosen PC case.

Can I change my design after it has been sent over?

Once your design has been sent over to our design team, we will then provide you with a mock-up of your wrapped PC for sign-off. Once this has been signed off, your design will be sent to print, after which it cannot be altered or changed.

What happens to my artwork once my order is complete?

We will hold onto your design for 30 days after your order is complete. After this, we will delete our copy of your design.

What file types do you accept?

We accept the artwork in PSD and AI file formats.

Where do I send my design once I've ordered?

Once you've selected what panels you'd like your design printed on and when you've placed your order, please send your artwork files to our design team via the following email address: [email protected] along with your order reference number. Our design team will then get to work implementing your design so that it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. If for any reason the design isn't fitting well or is supplied at a low resolution, they'll get in touch with you to resolve this. Ensuring you receive a high quality one of a kind personalised PC.

Do I need to use a template?

You don't need to use a template, our helpful design team will be able to re-size your artwork to the case section you have selected to be printed. We do advise providing your artwork in PSD or AI format with un-flattened layers. We also advise that you look at the shape of the panel you would like the artwork printed on. Most side panels are in a square format, while front and top panels tend to be more rectangular. Keeping this in mind will help ensure your design isn't cut-off when applied.
