Here at Chillblast we dedicated to producing the best gaming PCs possible, and we are celebrating the 60th birthday of the invention of the videogame itself. The very first was programmed by William Higinbotham on a Donner analogue computer, which he displayed on an oscilloscope and called “Tennis For Two”. He said later that it might have been a good idea to take out a patent on the idea, but he soon lost interest in his invention and eventually forgot all about it in favour of electronics for the atomic industry. It remains to be seen which of his two interests will turn out to be the most lasting. Anyway, as specialists in state-of-the-art videogaming PCs, we salute old Higinbotham for kicking off the amazing industry that we all love.
